If you’re like me, these efforts have helped you tremendously, but life’s problems have a way of circling back again and again – keeping you in a perpetual loop of worry, fear, and doubt. When that happens, it’s easy to lose faith and sink back into the familiar limiting beliefs and patterns that keep you stuck. 

I’VE BEEN THERE and it’s painful! After seeking a better way for decades – I finally understood that the solution to EVERYTHING rests within.

Creating a Soul Portrait is a deeply transformative process that supports you in healing past wounds. By using tangible items that hold significant meaning in your life – things like photographs, letters, mementos, ticket stubs, fabric or other personal artifacts – you gently practice taking stock of who you’ve become and how you’ve gotten there, learning that the only way to step into real power and discover true freedom is by first really looking at who you have been.

As you begin to arrange and incorporate your personal materials into your Soul Portrait, you engage in an act of alchemy, releasing old parts of yourself, letting go of past pain and outdated identities. This energetic release is both cathartic and transformative, facilitating physical and emotional healing. The act of creating becomes a powerful ritual of self-renewal, allowing you to symbolically and energetically shed layers of the past that no longer serve you. 

At the end of this practice you will have much more than a unique piece of artwork. You’ll have a powerful representation of your lived experiences and a renewed personal lens that embodies the person you aspire to become.

I’m an artist dedicated to helping you connect with your inner wisdom and personal truths through a creative process I call Soul Portraits. I’ve been drawing and painting for decades and have been shaped by a lifetime of seeing the world visually rather than verbally. In 2019, I realized that I no longer resonated with the “traditional” path and left all formal representation to focus on sharing what I’ve learned over the years and feel most passionate about. 

Working creatively is led by a deep inner voice that resides within ALL of us. This means that it is the PROCESS – not the PRODUCT – that matters.

Let me say that again: it’s the process – not the product – that matters. You don’t need to have “artistic ability” or have done anything like this before for it to help you overcome your challenges.

This process allowed me to heal, connect to my inner wisdom and step into my power. I used it to work through childhood trauma slowly and gently at my own pace and in the privacy of my own space. My approach blends personal artifacts like letters, photos, and journal entries, inviting deep self reflection and emotional release. 

My mission is to support you in transforming past pain. Through personal growth and self-discovery, you will shed the layers that no longer serve you and come to recognize who you truly are.
